We offer free repairs for items damaged from normal wear or accidents, provided that all original materials are returned. Repairs requiring replacement beads or materials are subject to a fee and are not always possible due to material limitations. We do not provide free replacements.

Stretch
Overstretching, snagging, or sudden tension can weaken or break elastic cord. Exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and sanitizers can degrade elastic cord.
Chain & clasp
Tugging and snagging can break links. Exposure to moisture or chemicals can cause metal discoloration.
